My psy. doc updated my meds today, from 20mg fluoxetine to 37.5mg venlafaxine. he told me to keep taking both until 2 weeks later for next appointment, took first dose today, frequent pee and blurry vision, when to tell my doctor? and is it dangerous?

Are you sure you were told to take both medications? I would suggest to hold both meds for a day then take either med after that and call your psychiatrist next week for further advice.
