Your doc thinks so: I'm sure your doctor expects you to take your medications daily to feel better. Isn't that what you want? If your expectation for treating symptoms of what sound to be either anxiety disorder, xenophobia or agoraphobia as well as menstrual depressive mood disorder is to do it without medication then, you need to discuss that with your doctor otherwise, you should take meds daily.

That's your choice.: If you are ok with continuing to feel insecure and sad before your period and anxious in public - then by all means - don't take it (but tell your doctor). If you desire recovery - consider following medical advice - but would also encourage non- pharmalogical methods like cognitive behavioral therapy. Take care.
