For what?: I am not sure why you would be switching medications. If you are taking Mirtazapine for depression, you are not taking a therapeutic dose (30 mg is therapeutic). If you are taking it for insomnia, Prozac does not usually cause sleepiness. Also, if your list above is correct, you are already on zoloft (sertraline) at a dose that is not therapeutic. If you are not seeing a psychiatrist, ask for a referral.

Remeron (mirtazapine): Dose is low. You would be ok, as long as the doctor, who knows your case well, has recommended it.
