Share this concern with your surgeon. You would usually meet with the anesthesiologist briefly before the procedure, but they may want to schedule a visit sooner and get a clearance beforehand.

Yes tell your Dr your worries and what makes you think you have one? They can be tested for without seeing ENDO. Ask about pheochromocytoma testing is easiest and if I have one it can be deadly urging anesthesia but most will know what to do.
