Yes: You say you have endocrine issues. The question is if you have hormone deficiencies, are they being replaced? This should be done prior to surgery. Also headaches are a sign the tumor is too large and causing compression. Your eye sight should be evaulated with visual field testing and if abnormal or tumor is compressing optic nerve it should definitely be removed.
