My pituitary is enlarged to 1.6x1x1.3cm & i have a nonfunctioning 1.2x0.7x0.4cm tumor between posterior & anterior. i have many endocrine issues and bad ha's. is it big enough to consider surgery?

Yes, but safe: You answered your self by explaining your problems, need to under go surgery. Once dangerous pituitary surgery now is relatively safe , due to advances in techniques, instruments, imaging , phenomenal skills of neurosurgeons in minimally invasive surgeons, do your home work . Depends: It's a macroadenoma and is enlarging. Surgery is an option for you but this is a decision between your neurosurgeon, you and your endocrinologist. Good luck.

Yes: You say you have endocrine issues. The question is if you have hormone deficiencies, are they being replaced? This should be done prior to surgery. Also headaches are a sign the tumor is too large and causing compression. Your eye sight should be evaulated with visual field testing and if abnormal or tumor is compressing optic nerve it should definitely be removed.
