Lupus Cerebritis may be a tough diagnosis to confidently confirm and often requires a spinal tap to rule out other conditions. Nonetheless, in a clearcut clinical situation with proven lupus, confusion, disorientation, imbalance and falling, seizures, and focal neurological signs, with inflammatory spinal fluid findings, can support the diagnosis.
