Yes: It could be a lesion related to your lupus or it might be totally separate problem you need to be evaluated neurologically and have appropriate imaging and testing. Biopsy might also be needed.

See details: It is very difficult to determine if a single lesion is related specifically to lupus, to antiphospholipid antibodies, emboli or totally unrelated to all of these. You need to ask your doctors who have the detailed information needed to give you a precise answer.
