No medication for lymphedema, only local compression and raise the affected body part above heart level if possible when you are at rest.

Lymphedema is due to obstruction of lymphatic flow. There is no medicine to correct it. Physiotherapy, time and sometimes surgery help.

I agree with the advice already given. However I might add that in cases I've seen where there has been long-standing lymphedema, elevation of the legs will no longer reduce swelling.
