25 ug leuko. positive nitrites. 100 protein. urobilinogen is 4 and bilirubin is 3. i know the leuko and nitrites are uti and theres a little blood 50. im hung up on the urobilinogen & bilirubin im worried about my liver and kidneys?

Those results are from a dipstick test so the concentration of the components vary a lot if the urine is concentrated. Urobilinogen and bilirubin have nothing to do with kidney disease. If liver is the cause of high bilirubin in the urine, jaundice and yellow eyes are also present. If you are at risk for liver disease such as heavy drinking, history of viral hepatitis, etc. blood test can be done.

Rightfully so. Once you get over the UTI have your MD address the bile in urine. He/she will find the cause and fix it. Wish you well
