Those results are from a dipstick test so the concentration of the components vary a lot if the urine is concentrated. Urobilinogen and bilirubin have nothing to do with kidney disease. If liver is the cause of high bilirubin in the urine, jaundice and yellow eyes are also present. If you are at risk for liver disease such as heavy drinking, history of viral hepatitis, etc. blood test can be done.
