Menstrual blood?: When a woman is menstruating (or period just finished), probably that's by far the most common explanation of blood in the urine. And all those other normal urinalysis results suggest no infection or kidney disease. Discuss again with your doctor -- maybe repeat the urinalysis for reassurance, with care to collect a "clean" specimen that doesn't contain vaginal fluid.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, vaginal fluid contamination of urine could explain the result. Visit this site for proper urine collection: https://www.healthline.com/health/urine-culture-clean-catch#procedure
