Went to the er last night because i fainted after standing up. diagnosis: pots. what concerns me is my urinalysis. bilirubin, ketones (80mg/dl), blood, protein (30mg/dl) and urobilinogen (1.0mg/dl). should i be concerned with my liver or kidney?

Follow up will be needed as POTS was a tentative diagnosis and your urine was abnormal. If not having a PCP now will be the best time to get established.
