I'm 39. severe cramps after period, radiate to l side & low back w/some vag. pain. lots of clots during period. s/p c-sections x3 w/tubal 4 yrs ago w/last c-section. tv us w/enlarged uterus - no fibroids (what doc thought it was). ?

Likely adenomyosis: Pockets of normal endometrial cells can become embedded in the muscle wall of the uterus causing swelling of uterus, pain and heavier bleeding.
