Ultrasound showed i have enlarged uterus with 12 mm lining. i have no fibroids. period is due soon. could enlarged uterus mean early pregnancy symptom?

Probably not: An "enlarged uterus with a 12 mm lining" is not likely to "mean early pregnancy". A blood betaHCG / pregnancy test is much more reliable and accurate.
