Urinalysis result: positive leukocytes, moderate bacteria. elsewhere is negative. few epithilial cells and moderate mucus threads. no symptoms of uti. but had a urinalysis twice in a span of a week and results are the same. what does it mean?

You may have a urinary tract infection, despite having no symptoms. Asymptomatic UTI is common. You need a urine culture in addition to the urinalysis. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.

It is probably from improper collection of urine. Wash the area with soap and waer then collect a clean catch mid stream urine in a sterile (from the lab) container and have it re examined. Drink a fair amount of water
