The numbers suggest a UTI but that is best confirmed by a culture. Depending on how the sample was obtained the elements seen may represent a partial vaginal washout along with pee. In that case it could be normal. A clean catch or catheter specimen would be more conclusive.

Pl get a urine C&S test done of a mid stream clean catch urine sample for the urine test report could be contamination, Drink plenty of water. If you have no symptoms than the chances are you need no treatment.
