Urinalisis done, leukocyte esterase uablood wbc epithelial cells bacteria and mucus all high. 100,000 mixed flora, multiple organisms, no predominance. doctor says no signs of uti, what does this all mean then?

Contaminated: specimen. If your doctor suspected UTI, s/he would have ordered a mid-stream urine test / urine culture, best wishes
