Prior urinalysis showed rbc 3-10 hpf, mucous threads present and few bacteria. repeat month later shows no rbc but does show few mucous, many bacteria, few amorph urate, and 5-10 hpf squam epi. no uti symptoms. anything to worry about?

All these are normal urinalysis results, with random variation between specimens. Nothing at all to worry about.

The second urine test shows no blood. The rest of the findings in the absence of any symptoms do not require any treatment. Suggest drink more water and repeat a clean catch mid stream urine exam in 6 moths
