Unremarkable: If this is a freely voided urine specimen, it is relatively unremarkable; no specific findings - no blood/infection/probable mild contamination as a voided specimen.

Normal study: It is abnormal study. Many mucus thread means either normal(for the most part) or some irritation(even then non-specific). Always encouraged to drink 1-3l water per day. Have a good one.

Fairly normal : Normal dipstick and microscopic urinalysis (u/a) values are: less than or equal to 2 rbcs/high power field (hpf); less than or equal to 2-5 wbcs/hpf, and less than 15-20 squamous epithelial cells. A few bacteria and mucus threads is usually insignificant. That said, regarding the identification of uti, a u/a can be misleading and urine culture should be done if the patient is having UTI symptoms.
