Here are some...: Most likely, the findings of her urinalysis could be normal for a contaminated urine specimen. If she is free of urinary symptoms, leave her alone; if really concerned, repeat urinalysis with a carefully collected fresh urine specimen as carefully instructed. More? Ask her pediatrician.

Not much: The assessment of the findings depends a lot on how it was obtained.Most 6 yo females will squat and pee, with minimal preparation and give a sample representing a vaginal washout + bladder contents. All the elements in this report are normal for such a specimen. If prepared well and done by catheter,you expect less debris.
