Ive had feelable cervical, submandibular and submental lymph nodes for 2 years. there 1/2 an inch and have never changed. there mobile too. i have no infection and im slim. could this be cancer or lymphoma and if not then how so? thanks?

It sounds more like normal lymph nodes, specifically if not changing in size and without any other symptoms. Have your doc comment on them during your annual exam.
