I've got feelable submandibula, submental and cervical lymph nodes. there 1/2 an inch and mobile and i've had them for 2 years. i am also slim. the nodes have also never changed. i have no infection too. could this be cancer or lyphoma?

Rare things rarely happen. Pea sized and mobile are the normal state of lymph nodes. They are often easily found in superficial locations like the neck when they are not buried in fat or other tissue. This is not the location where we worry about cancer or lymphoma, nor do they sound abnormal. If you are worried have it evaluated. I wouldn't waste my time.

I would get labs both basic CBC,CMP,,thyroid,,sed.rate, and tests for autoimmune conditions.?tick or mosquito bite,then would check for Lyme’s,West Nile.
