Ive got 1/2 inch submandibular, cervical and submental lymph nodes. ive had them for nearly 3 years and theyve never changed. there mobile and they arnt painful. i also have no symptoms of lymphoma. i have no infection too. could this be cancer???

They are likely normal. Very very unlikely cancer. Ask your local Dr. Perhaps you are a very good node feeler. Or your repeated feeling of them has injured them and made them bigger.
