Ive got feelable 1/2 inch submandibular, submental and cervical lymph nodes. ive had them for 2 years with no change and ive got no infection. could this be cancer or something such as lymphoma or could they just be feebable due to me being slim?

It sounds more like normal lymph nodes, specifically if not changing in size and without any other symptoms. Have your doc comment on them during your annual exam.
