My lipase is typically around 20 on tests over the years. today it was 68. doctor said no issue at all and lipase varies. can lipase vary from 20-68 ina healthy individual? other bloodwork showed nothing, i have ulcerative colitis not in a flare now?

The level can vary and considered normal if it is still in normal range. It is not uncommon that the laboratory has changed the testing method.
