go pcp and test done: I think we need additional information about your test other than ANA test which showed minimal positive which you can see normal individuals. Do you have diarrhea, any blood in stool, weight loss, any GI intervention in the past? These are we need to know about your illness. Besides need to do panelof blood test for all ibd and metabolic panels.I suggest go to your pcp and get test done.
