I had a blue bulging 1-2 mm spot in middle of my right palm that bulges/hardens for 2 or 3 days then goes away completely, happened twice in the last month but i think it might've been like this for years, there are no symptoms or meds, what is it?

Probably a small vein that clots or thrombosis when you may put pressure on it . Take notice the next time it occurs and see if it’s related to some trauma or strenuous activity.
