UNLIKELY FROM MEDS: Bulge and blue in your hand without trauma and on meds adderal, nsaids and zoloft, (sertraline) in not likely to be caused by meds.You might have had mild trauma like you hit your hand against some hard surface to cause a bulge;blue.These kind of bruises get better by themselves and do not require any treatment.But if it keeps recurring or gets worse, consult your doctor.
