Do not pick at it or squeeze it any more! Dab it of with a warm moist cloth and cover it with a skin colored bandaid (Elastoplast) . Spider veins or haemagiomas do not get better by picking at them and they heal slowly. Please see your skin doctor!

What you described suggests a small benign tumor of blood vessels, a hemangioma. If it is a cosmetic concern, you doctor could inject a sclerosing agent to obliterate it. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
