Both feet and ankles turn red and have a burning itchy sensation mainly around my toes. the veins also bulge out and it happens mostly when standing in one spot for a while and more in the evening/night. i also sometimes feel numbness. any ideas?

Red itchy toes: May be tinea pedis AKA ATHLETES FOOT. Goggle and compare pictures. Then show to your Dr. or send us picture.
