I think i may have kidney disease.. i noticed my feet and ankle and legs are swollen, my urine is like red brown and it hurts so bad when i go, my body is cramping, im tired and am having a hard time breathing. i have been noticing this for 3 days.?

Voiding should not be painful when you have kidney problem except in acute urinary tract infection but urinary tract infection does not cause other symptoms which you mention. If you do not have a family doctor, you should go to ER or urgent care. If you have a family doctor, call the office for an urgent visit within the next 2 days.

3days is too short a period to develop all these symptoms. See your doc or a urologist asap and get checked, tested and treated. For without an exam and tests no RX can be started. Good luck.
