Seeing the actual numbers would be more helpful, but every now and then I've encountered this ratio but never got any good reason for a normal albumin with a low globulin. Malnutrition is the only reason I've read about that may cause the low globulin. As long as you have normal liver function labs otherwise and no hematology disorders, I'd disregard the low globulin. Low albumin is more serious
