What is the treatment for hard flaccid syndrome ? my penis feels stiff when standing and hurts when getting an erection. i know my question was answer to this but what is the treatment. is ct scan warranted. does varicocle have anything to do with it?

Ct scan is not indicated. It is not related or affected by varicocele. The treatment is cognitive therapy. Pelvic muscle exercises. Some places claim that extracorporeal shock wave therapy is helpful.
