Myths: Spontaneous erections do happen in early teen years as an inconvenient fact. As a male matures the burst of hormones that triggered puberty settles & these occur less often & mostly in sleep. Why someone would post the idea normal men get erections throughout the day is not clear. Some have an odd sense of humor.
