Yes: The Testicles are the source of testosterone in males. A disruption of the blood flow to or drainage from this area can cause problems. A varicocele can cause Infertility or low fertility, Low testosterone (which can lead to ED) and Testicular atrophy. Discuss a blood tests for testosterone with your Dr. Supplementation may aid in some of these complications.
