See answer: Peyronie's disease is usually associated with a palpable lump in th penis; new-onset curvature of the penis with erection; and/or pain in the penis with erection, but not in the flaccid state. Given your age, most common cause of pain in the penis, as well as some component of erectile dysfunction, with an otherwise normal exam and urinalysis would be a non-bacterial prostatis.
