Penis feels hard and stiff when flaccid. it hurts when i get erection. when lie down its soft. anyone heard of hard flaccid syndrome. i also noticed one of my veins pulse on the shaft of my penis. is a doppler needed ? is it scar tissue?

Yes we have heard of this unusual thing. The definite cause is not known and doppler studies are normal. . Veins in penis do not have a pulse. It is an artery you are feeling. Pl see a Urologist specializing in sexual medicine preferably at an academic center.
