Not possible to diagnose a "lump" that has been present and growing for five years, over the internet. It's time to see a physician for the first time. Please make an appointment.

Time to see doc not just to have the lump addressed, but to have regular check ups, recommending immunizations, screening, etc. While cancer is always a possibility, the majority of such lumps prove to be non cancerous.
