Health anxiety is often a coverup for dealing with unresolved stressors/phobias in a persons life. Health worry is more socially accepted & gains comforting attention from others. You have been examined & given a good report, Male breast issues are super rare. I would seek out a life coach/therapist and learn skills that help you identify/deal with your life.

BREAST CANCER IN MALES IS RARE AND DIAGNOSABLE. IF LUMPS PERSIST THAN AN X-RAY OF AREA IS DONE. IN YOUR CASE NOTHING SHOWED UP,SO DON'T WORRY. IT TAKES MONTHS FOR A CANCER TO SHOW UP,IF LUMPS GROW OR CHANGE COLOR THAN GO BACK FOR NEW EXAM.

If you already identify yourself with health anxiety, and are ready to direct your attention to it, please call for a followup appointment with your doctor - #1 to reexamine your lumps which may or may not be present, and #2 to address your anxiety and find help and support. Your primary care physician should be able to direct you to the right door. Best wishes.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
