Good evening doctors. i am a 62 year-old male. i seem to get intermittent tenderness on only my left nipple. also, every once in awhile i think that i feel a lump by the left nipple and then at other times i cannot feel a lump at all. is this cancer?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to diagnose from a description. You should talk to your Dr about getting an evaluation and a screening mammogram (they are not just for women). This can determine if the tissue is problematic or just due to fluctuating hormones.
