Can you have eustachian tube dysfunction without ear fullness or dulled hearing? sometimes its so hard to pop my ear, but sometimes its not. im not sure if my ears are supposed to be clicking or not. im just so confused?

Normal people can often perceive a click/pop of their Eustachian tube with any jaw movement that straightens the tube. If allergies/cold or other factors have led to tube closure, the pop may not occur. There is little you can do to modify this tube activity.
