I had my gall bladder removed and had an ercp procedure where there was no stent placed but rather an incision widening the duct at the bottom. i recently had a urine test done for uti and urobilinogen level of 4mg/dl could it be a biliary blockage?

Biliary blockage (obstruction) causes low urobilinogen in the urine, not high. Level of 4 mg/dl is high but not abnormal.

Biliary blockage would give other symptoms like jaundice , pain etc. Best is to get the test repeated,for in absence of other symptoms it could be a false positive. If still high see the doc who did the procedure for further management. Good luck
