Several: You should have an ultrasound to document how your bladder distends, and then what amount you have left in your bladder after you urinate. You might also need something called urodynamics, which will tell you how much urine will trigger the urge to urinate for you, that is done by a urologist. Sometimes a dropped uterus is to blame partial also, so maybe a gynecologist, or a urogynecologist.

Urge incontinence: It sounds like symptoms of urge incontinence. This is caused when the bladder is "overactive" or "irritable" and wants to empty as soon as any urine collects. A gynecologist or a urologist can evaluate to find out exactly what is happening and together plan out a treatment strategy, which may involve medication and/or surgery. The doctor can check for other problems too.

Urodynamics: A urogynecologist or urologist can do what is called urodynamic testing to evaluate your bladder volume and function. The results of the testing can help guide treatment options.
