Urge incontinence: It sounds like symptoms of urge incontinence. This is caused when the bladder is "overactive" or "irritable" and wants to empty as soon as any urine collects. A gynecologist or a urologist can evaluate to find out exactly what is happening and together plan out a treatment strategy, which may involve medication and/or surgery. The doctor can check for other problems too.

Urodynamics: A urogynecologist or urologist can do what is called urodynamic testing to evaluate your bladder volume and function. The results of the testing can help guide treatment options.
