First was this a clean catch mid stream urine that was tested. If no do one. Epithelial cells are normal in urine. The come from the bladder and other parts of the urinary track and are shed as they wear out and new ones replace them. Does not mean at UTI. Only a culture of a clean catch can document that.

Your urine is mildly concentrated and that explains slightly increased urobilinogen. Pus cells (white blood cells) 4-6/HPF is borderline high but insignificant. If you do not have symptoms of UTI (dysuria and malodor urine), no absolute indication of lower UTI. If symptoms are present, you need to drink well for a couple days (2 liters/day), if symptoms persist, you need antibiotic.

Why did you do the test? Results have to be co-related with the reason. DDrink plenty of water and if you have no symptoms dont worry about the report
