May have developed callus under big toe from walking too much in the wrong shoe which caused constant numbness for 2wks and counting. when to see the doctor again? how long is the healing time? still numb?

Callusses form when a constant source or mechanical friction causes a buildup of excess thickened skin at certain points of the foot. It is rarely associated with numbness, though. You should see the Dr about the numbness, since this is not typical.
