One week ago, my left big toe was partially numb near the nail area after I came back from a weeks trip that required alot of walking. Its slightly better now but I woke up with right big toe feeling fullness today. What is wrong?
My foot feels numb in the heel of my left foot. When I walk maybe once are twice it felt like maybe plastic was on my foot. It only happens when I lay down.Also when I hold things to long it feel like my hand may go numb (not all the time but sometimes )
