THIS IS CONCERNING: The dots might represent petechiae, a manifestation of small areas of bleeding due to changes in the platelet count, and the generalized fatigue and malaise even raises concern re. An occult infection, such as rocky mtn spotted fever, or a tick infestation like lyme. Basically, you need an immediate evaluation as i suspect this could get worse.
