Trimmed callous on corn on bottom of foot. and pulled corn. there is a nerve imbedded in the tissue. i can see it but it hurts too bad to touch. can i numb it somehow and trim it?

I do not think you are seeing a nerve. In any case you are too deep into subcutaneous tissue And what you have is just that. Subcutaneous tissue. Please see a podiatrist or your family doctor for care to prevent a major infection
