It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may check the "lump" every couple of weeks, if it doubles in size, becomes painful, other lumps appear, or nodes in you groin enlarge, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
