I found a small, firm lump around the upper/central part of my right testicle, its only painful when i apply pressure. no noticeable symptoms from what i can tell. not sure if its a cyst or something else. any idea what it is? should i be worried?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may check the "lump" every couple of weeks, if it doubles in size, becomes painful, other lumps appear, or nodes in you groin enlarge, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
