I have had a small lump on the end of my right testicle for about half a year, didnt really worry and i did it today, it is about the size of a newtons cradle ball, no pain anywhere. i masturbate frequently, so i thought cyst maybe?

Likely benign but you should see a doctor, ultrasound of the testicle should be done.
