Pl have him see his doc or the oncologist for palliative care. There are medications which can be given to help and ways to give him nutrition I hope he feels better

He is a candidate for hospice care, his symptoms are relatively common in advanced stages of bowel malignancies. Symptom control will improve to some extent once palliative care or hospice is started. His oncologist remains best to coordinate locally.
